Returns

We provide a 30-day return policy. Refunds are issued for items returned in their original condition as NEW and UNWORN, with the original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in a resellable condition. Ensure the item is unworn and undamaged, and refrain from applying tape directly to the item’s box. Please wrap the item securely in its original or alternative suitable packaging.

Returns are processed within a maximum of 2 working days once the parcel arrives back with us. You'll be notified via email once your refund is issued. If you haven't received any updates after this timeframe, please contact us with a copy of your proof of postage, and we'll investigate further.

We do not provide exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different style or size, a refund will be issued, and you'll need to place a new order for the replacement pair.

We offer prepaid labels for free returns within 30 days.

If you wish to return a worn item due to a potential manufacturing defect, please send us an email with the details of the issue and, if possible, include photos showcasing the defects. Request a return label, and once your request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid postal label via email. Simply print the label, affix it to the parcel, and send the item back to us.

Yes, for Muck Boots, we offer a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers all Muck products in normal use and protects against any manufacturing flaws, defective materials, and workmanship issues. If you believe your Muck Boots have encountered such issues within the warranty period, please reach out to us for further assistance.

If the order is shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it for a refund.

If the desired style is unavailable in your chosen color and size, click the 'notify me' button on the product page to receive updates on restocking.

If this option is unavailable, it is unlikely the item will be restocked soon.

If the style is not on the website, it may have been removed from our collection. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you find an alternative style you like just as much!

Shipping & Delivery Assistance

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email notification. We will provide a tracking number for your parcel's journey, which you can follow on their website. You'll also receive email updates on delivery progress.

We can change the delivery address before shipping. Once your parcel is shipped, we are unable to modify the address. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service.

If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received the parcel, check with neighbours or safe places first. If still not found, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the delivery with the carrier.
